Refund/ Return Policy

Refund or Return Policy for Scents/Fragrances:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our scents and fragrances. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, our return and refund policy is as follows:

  •  For scents and fragrances, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your scent or fragrance product, simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • To be eligible for a return, your scent or fragrance must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that the items are unopened and unused.
  •  Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns for scents and fragrances that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty in some way.

Refund or Return Policy for Miscellaneous Items:

For items that are not scents or fragrances, such as accessories or other non-fragrance related products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase for miscellaneous items. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this timeframe.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your financial institution.
  • We are unable to accept returns for miscellaneous items that show signs of use or damage, unless they are faulty in some way.
